Absolutely not! I love the sport of powerlifting and would love to see more women in the sport but I train all women, with any goals.
Only if that is the setting you want to train in. I can customize your training plan to whatever equipment you have available, at the gym or in the comfort of your home.
That depends on you. I can give you the tools you need to succeed and I will be there for you along the way, but I can't drag you to the results. You have to do the work!!
