We will talk in depth about the role your nutrition plays in your strength and performance. You'll get monthly macronutrient assessments to ensure you're getting what your body needs to keep up with your training.
$175 every 4 weeks
This is for my girls who just want to feel strong and confident in their own skin. You'll get custom training and nutrition help. Weekly check ins and accessibility to me if you need help! Macronutrient assessments every 8 weeks to help fuel your body as you progress with your goals.
$150 every 4 weeks
This is a monthly training plan put together by me for those who want direction but 1:1 coaching isn't in their budget right now. I hear you and I'm here for you. This training is not custom but it will absolutely benefit anyone who stays consistent with it.
$60 every 4 weeks
Nutrition only. This will be a comprehensive breakdown of the macronutrients that your body needs on a daily basis, according to your health goals. Though I prefer to offer this alongside a training plan so you'll get the most out of it, I understand that isn't for everyone.
$85 per assessment
